All White card applicants (face-to-face or online) MUST provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and photo ID (current drivers license or passport) at time of application. 

No white-card will be issued without a USI provided

Paragon Corporate Training offers the National Construction White Card formally the Blue Card  "CPCCOHS1001A - Safety Awareness Training."   It is compulsory for anyone working or installing on a building construction or mine site. This course is approved by the Training Accreditation council and WorkSafe.
