Return / Refund Policy

Paragon Corporate Training’s refund policy in relation to its products provides for a refund of the costs of the products minus the postage and handling costs.

The products/services that are the subject of the refund will need to be returned to Paragon Training prior to any refund being given.

A refund will not be provided where products cannot be returned in their original condition.

  • A refund minus a $75 admin fee will be provided to the client where goods have been returned in the condition they were provided at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of the course / training.
  • No refund will be provided where a client cancels from a course within the 3 working days prior to its commencement.
  • In the event a client cancels within the 3 days prior to the commencement of the course they are entitled to transfer to another course.
  • An RPL fee of $250 (non-refundable) will be applied where clients have been assessed for RPL irrespective if the client chooses to go ahead with the RPL process and granting of a certificate. This is to cover costs associated with the administration of the RPL process. This is not an extra cost but will come off the price of the RPL fee for the qualification should the client choose to go ahead with the process.
